WIN/LOSS STATEMENT REQUESTS:

Win/Loss Statements for 2009 will be available at the 2nd Floor Players Advantage Club® in the Casino beginning January 1, 2010. In most cases we are able to process a Win/Loss Statement while you are on property, however, please allow us 5-7 days to process your statement. You may request one via mail by printing and completing the Win/Loss Statement Request and sending it to:
